The Team
Rob Kuhlman
Owner
Rob began his career in fitness as a personal trainer 2010 in Orlando, Florida, where he earned his personal training diploma at the National Personal Training Institute (NPTI). In 2012, Rob continued his personal training career in New York and became certified in additional personal training services and specialties including advanced kettlebell, TRX, pre/postnatal, osteoblast therapy, functional movement screening, trigger point therapy, ViPR (Vitality, Performance, Reconditioning), and animal flow (calisthenics). He utilizes each of these skills to this day, based on each individual client’s needs.
Rob moved home to Lincoln, Nebraska in 2016 to become a fitness manager at a local gym in South Lincoln, where he led and developed other personal trainers. Rob was passionate about growing a team that was dedicated to helping people pursue their fitness goals in a safe and effective way. In the 10 years since Rob began his career, he has continued to grow and excel in his field, which eventually led him to his ultimate goal of opening his own fitness club, Movement Academy. Opening an innovative new gym in the city he loves is a dream come true! Rob is excited to be a part of the Haymarket community and help people live healthier lives through fitness.
Chris Casper
Coach
Chances are, you already know Chris because he is one of the most friendly and outgoing people we know!
Chris has been in the personal training world for 8 years, and his clients RAVE about him. “He’s helped me change my attitude from negative to positive!” – Jodi.
You can find Chris working hard AND having fun, often making those around him laugh. Check out his Friday class at 12:00 PM, Chaos with Chris, for a dose of hard-working fun. Or you can sign up for a personal training session!
When he’s not at the gym, he’s often trying to keep up with his two boys, Owen and Leo!

Johnny Boutmahavong
Coach
Johnny has been a certified personal trainer since 2012, bringing over a decade of hands-on experience and passion to the fitness world. He began his journey training young athletes, specializing in speed and agility, and has since expanded his expertise to work with clients of all ages and fitness levels. His training style focuses on functional movement, helping people improve strength, mobility, and overall performance in their everyday lives.
With a background in kinesiology from his college studies, Johnny brings a deeper understanding of human movement to his training sessions. He’s especially known for his work in glute growth and lower-body strength development. Each Thursday at 5:30 PM, you’ll find him leading a dynamic and challenging bootcamp class that keeps clients coming back for more. Whether your goal is to move better, feel stronger, or transform your physique, Johnny’s experience and energy make him a coach you can trust.
Tatyana Brichka
Coach
Tatyana is thrilled to be part of the Movement Academy team! She has been training for a little over two years, but her love for fitness began back in high school. In her time as a trainer, she has worked with people from all walks of life. Helping her clients reach their goals and watching their progress fuels her passion to support as many individuals as possible. Tatyana takes a personalized approach to training, adapting to each client’s unique goals and needs.
For Tatyana, fitness isn’t just about lifting weights or counting calories-it’s a way of life. It’s about caring for the mind, building confidence, and learning self-love. She believes in making healthier choices while enjoying the journey. Whether someone is just getting started or needs a little extra motivation, Tatyana is ready to cheer them on every step of the way.
